What method of payment do you accept from international clients?
We prefer PayPal payments from international clients. Cheques made out to Ashni Niemeyer are accepted, too. Please understand that we cannot begin work until a cheque is received and cleared. Our primary currency is the EURO.
When is payment due?
For all picture work and business card design, payment will be due after you have approved your proof design/sample. Upon receiving payment, Ashni will send your print quality file to you.
For website design, half of the payment is due after you have approved your sample design. The second half of the payment will be due upon publication of your website on the web.
I don't have a PayPal account! What do I do?
Signing up for a PayPal account is quick and easy! Go to www.paypal.com for details. Apart from being able to pay Ashni in the most hassle free way, you will be able to send and receive money in most major currencies, pay very low fees, enjoy the security that PayPal is famous for and more.
The EURO is not my currency. How do I pay you in EUROs?
PayPal allows you to make payments in EUROs even if it is not your primary currency and you do not have any funds in EUROs. Your PayPal bill will be set as EUROs. PayPal handles the currency exchange automatically.
When paying Ashni by cheque you will do so in your own currency. The value of Ashni's payment will be the exchange rate at the time of billing plus handling fees (determined by Ashni and her bank on a case by case basis).
I do not want a PayPal account. How else can I pay?
You may pay with your Mastercard or VISA card. This will also be handled via PayPal but you do not need to have a PayPal account.
You may also pay by cheque. Please understand that we cannot begin work until a cheque is received and cleared.
